As a young CEO when you're hiring people, what do you look for? Great question. We do not look for experts. We don't look for people that have had any lithium ion battery experience um in fact were actually god both people that work for me are just incredible. Our director of battery engineering and our vice president of electro development are running a class here in boston with students from bunker hill community college to teach them how to make batteries.
