The Dichotomy in Scripture

David and Jonathan have an intimate relationship of trust love and respect in the context of Jonathan that is not sexual wise. While he has sexual relationships with these wives, he doesn't have intimacy there but he has intimacy in thecontext of deep emotional intimacy for his brotherhood with Jonathan. And so I think that shows us the dichotomy in scripture. Some people try to sexualize that relationship and by sexualizing that relationship, you actually fall into the trap of making all intimacy sexual.
