How to Start a Scalable Business
Katie, you're making a really strong case for why and dehackers might want to consider starting with an agency or design shop. And the reason is, as your story illustrates, inspiration is not going to strike if you don't have very many sources of inspiration. So oftentimes I think it's better to just start with something that doesn't necessarily look like your end goal. But because we were changing industries, we had to go through a different route.
