The NASDAQ Is Trading at a Record Premium

Jim Boulden: I think this is potentially the start of something, maybe not for the next few weeks, but over the next 12 months of a reversal. The LART technology is trading at almost a record premium. He says it could just be because expectations are too high and when results come in, there's a little bit of disappointment. But you've got to take a chance and say, all right, I think there's going to be a pullback at some point in time.
