Michael's fitness calm says less isn't always better when it comes to losing weight. He recommends cutting out carbs on the days you're not training as hard, and eating in such a low calorie deficit that your body will store fat instead of burning it. "I enjoy what I do because I help cut through the bullshit in fitness," he said.
