Sometimes the best leaders are actually appropriately con olling, not overly controlling. They have certain often odd and frequently unusual, and i would say occasionally weird, unbending standards. In some areas, they're hyper controlling; for example, chick filet is a world class organization but its team members are empowered with tons of flexibility to make the customer experience great. But every time a customer says, thank you, how does the chickfilet employee have to respond? The team member has to say my pleasure.
