The Importance of Targeted Temperature Management

The patient's EKG does show some ST elevation. He is probably going to be a candidate for targeted temperature management. If he seems to respond to EPI and he's not having crazy arrhythmias, that's fine. But if there are signs suggestive of ischemia, they really need to consider it. Unless they have a strong argument why they shouldn't, I think they probably should cat them.
