Internalized Capitalism - Clock Time

i've been thinking recently about the phrase internalized capitalism. And that idea really came up for me when you were talking about how so much of our anxiety about time is rooted in, quite literally, like the rise of clock time. So i'm curious if you could talk more about this internalization of clock time and how it's changed how we experience time in general.
