A fief service can't begin to address the underlying problems that contribute to so much disease society. So and so, speaking of what we have now, you recently wrote about how the bide administration curiously put a lot of energy into advertising in this last open enrolment period. And are likely, you were guessing, to push the number to as high as 50 % now, that half of people in medicar will be in medicre advantage by next year. What is medicare advantage is that is that fee for service? Talk a little bit about that programme sure.
