I like to think of weight loss as an art and a science. The art is really you and it's your, to my mindset, it's your thoughts, it's the beliefs that you have about yourself. One of the most impactful models that I've ever learned was Robert Diltz's logical levels of change. It completely changed my life and now I use it with my clients a lot. While behavior and environment are important they're actually it's not the place you want to start because at any given day those things can change if you move up this pyramid.
