Bitcoiners: The Future of Work
I have probably my number one preference for new hires is that they are Bitcoiners. They're already aligned on values and culture and mission, which is like the most important thing you could ever have in a company. I don't know what it is about Bitcoiners because it's hard to understand and just attract smart people. So yeah, then we could already like, our value proposition is clear now and then the current state, right? But I think it becomes even stronger in an increased competitive environment,. Like now I need external support to help me land the right talent before another company gets them.
