How to Use Your MDI Effectively

There's lots of different studies on this and in your show notes, we can refer to one of these, one of the meta analyses that just shows that kids, adults, nobody knows how to use their MDI very well. And I think it really points out one of the issues around sort of efficacy versus effectiveness. The studies show there's efficacy in terms of the computer all MDI is as good if maybe not better than the NAB. In real world effectiveness, if we have not taught the kids and the parents how to use the MDI well, they are not going to be affected.
