Meditation - How to Lighten Up Your Mind

Whenever the mind feels like it's getting confused or too many things, you're not sure what exactly to be aware of. Re-ground yourself in that simplicity of feeling each breath. In the last minute or so of the meditation, you might apply one very simple technique which sometimes can be very helpful and that is to sit with a half smile. That's part of the lightening up. When you're ready you can open your eyes, reconnect with being in the room, seeing the people around you.
