Ross: We've had four, I think this year that have failed. How do you keep that fate? Ross: You don't let the history, the recent history affect you. But at the end of the day, if you gave me, I'd rather have a weak follow through day with leaders like Billo Neil than one where there's no breadth or not seeing traditional leaders within 15% of what is on my watchlist.
