The Importance of Combating Imposter Syndrome

UX poses some unique challenges for people who are prone to feeling like imposters. There aren't really standards or objective criteria, so it's just kind of nebulous and shifting all the time. It makes it very hard to feel any sort of sense that you have mastery over your job. But I think there are also things that we can do to actively combat it that are a little healthier.
