The Importance of ERG Mode
I think I think the ERG mode is, you know, it's easier to watch Netflix. It's easier to do whatever. But I don't know, I have this funny feeling is, I think it's partially responsible for heading towards burnout. If you've got a 30 watt range for VO two or a 15 watt range, if you just do one interval or two intervals, five or six Watts less so that you can come back and finish off a good set. Such an important thing to learn.
