i think it's because i think people have spent a long time working in the same way and in the same processes. So i do think it is a big ask for people to always kind of have the bravery. I work more now since having a kid, than i did beforehand. And i would really encourage people to just go, let's just try it. Let's just try working in a different way. If you give people that freedom, they absolutely thrive. 99 % of the time, people brilliant work, and you get rewarded,. You see people's potential and unexpected strength and value and opportunity come to the fore n often by giving people very small amounts, almostin return.
