Is This the End of a Bear Market?

The market looked like it was going to break wide open and finally have that elevator drop down a couple months ago. We've retraced a little over 50 % of the entire drop from the top. Some people are getting phomo again, fear of missing out. They're saying, agesou, this market is just bullet proof. It's never going to go down. And i think there's going to be one more milt up, and everyone wants to stay in for that.
