Is There a Language Isolate in the World?

There are hundreds of 200 language isolates in the world. They're super neat and cool as a concept right. Just the language just like exists and then doesn't have anything to do with other languages. There's no reason to think that there didn't used to exist Basque's relatives. And circumstances such as the Roman invasion or whatever wiped out all the other ones.
