The Benefits of Mouth Breathing

Breathing is mostly unconscious, we're not aware and it's generally quite shallow. But when you connect your breath dynamically, you can see that there's a lot of things that are needed to be done. The ability just to kick back and slow down and self-regulate is a very important act of self-love and self-care that can be done by anyone. We don't have to go to the jungle to get that. We can become our own teacher and our own healer and let the breath be our guide.
