What Is the Investment Portfolio of Your Product?
For us, a data platform, our big data infrastructure was in the maturity phase. When it's on the new and upcoming ecosystem of event processing, our users wanted more value maximizes. So key thing for me to figure out was how much of our engineering bandwidth we're going to focus on the big data, non-functionals versus the event processing investment work. And that then brings us to the who, which is who the people we're focusing on,. Which user cohorts we have to go after, which are the key stakeholders.
