Mary Ziegler is a historian, a law professor as well as author of dollars for life. She says conservatives are trying to resurrect an idea of the Comstock Act that's from the 19th century. "It's so crazy, but they're clever in the way that they're cooking up stuff," she tells Fast Politics' Colin Campbell.
