Steffa: I think the eliot page situation and the whole dead naming situation, we can talk about concrete factors. Public figures should understand that they're going to be caught in the hurly burly of speech. And as far as the insults that fly on twitter, my priors would tell me that somebody using your old name is pretty tame compared to the sum of the stuff that gets set out there. So i'm kind of a more sympathetic maybe, to an sense of theory here.
