The United States and NATO's Defense Spending Strategy

Sweden and Finland will become NATO members. Vilnius and Lithuania they're gonna agree to make 2% of floor on defense. Once you get European countries spending significantly more than 2% on their own defense that's when the United States should consider leaving NATO, says Bastian.
