Like I have always made the mistake of like you know just hitting a breaking point being like okay I'm going to do these routines. Right and what I found very helpful is like resisting that and trying to add things slowly because again we're not saying don't do things to like improve the quality of your life or to like make changes that you feel like would be beneficial for you to make. Yeah. And then once that became like second nature to me then I started adding other things - it's how it works. We want to be able to wake up and do everything. But that is how it works, right?
