Is Secure Boot Enabled?

Dave: I don't remember all the details about DKMS, but I know that when I try and load a kernel module of secure boots enabled, it goes, "I can't Dave" And there was a point in time when this was introduced and this is how it works today. When you get to more modern Linux distros such as Fedora or Ubuntu, they add something to the PKI certificate chain of trust for secure boots so that you can load this module. It goes cool. Give me a password. I'm going to reboot your computer. Did I get that right? I think so. That's how it worked. So someone please correct me.
