i would also say, on that note, i have another story where i felt so whelmed i hired a baby sitter cause i was so tired of taking all the kids to the grocery store. And she came and watched my kids while I ran like a chicken withs head cut off because we didn't have a lot of money. If you're going to get a sitter, consider using that time for self care or something that feeds you not just to run yourself into the ground so you can get more done.
Two weeks ago I shared some thoughts on "the genius of routines" and the response from listeners was off the charts. Questions poured in. In this Q&A episode, my wife Anna joins me to respond to these questions and share immediately applicable and realistic ways to apply routines in families. This podcast episode is not just for people in the c-suite: it's for parents, managers, employees: and everyone who wants to put routines to work for them in the real world.
