You Have to Have a Team of a Certain Size

i've been on some of those huge teams. i don't think most of the time you need a team that large. Ray like, you you have tat kind of a focal point that your team is working towards,. hopefully s i think that matters. You need to be your closest co-workers at the end of the day because these people are so trustable. It's always fun to sort of joke around with each other and it actually helps us get work done.
