HBO, Facebook, and the Vippa - What's the Deal?

h b o has been hit with a class action lawsuit for allegedly sharing subscriber data with facebook. They provided facebook with customer lists, allowing the social network to match viewing habits with their profiles. It further alleges that h bo is a major facebook advertiser. And facebook cond then use that information to re target adds to its descriptions.
