I love bitters in general I think they're such a good like soda alternative because they have so many flavors and they have like the world's tiniest amount of alcohol. Leafy greens kale collards and dive if anyone's ever eaten radicchio I mean radicchio ridiculously bitter are great ways to get bitters in your diet too. And then making sure that you're eliminating so your liver detoxifies stuff and then it pumps it out through your gallbladder into your intestines so that you poop out whatever you broke down. That comes down to polonia fiber in the diet drinking enough water getting enough movement exercise possibly a probiotic if that helps you.
