Gavin De Becker's book is titled The Gift of Fear. He talks about how in these situations, whether it's as a kid, as a woman, he'll tell stories of people who got raped and stuff like that. It's really helpful to look at if the situation makes you uncomfortable, it's uncomfortable. You should trust that instinct, cultivate that instinct and protect your kids.
