Is the Justice Department Working to Weed Out the Law?
The Justice Department has taken steps through policy and internal controls to weed out the cases that were problematic. The provisions are still pending in Capitol Hill. I'm hopeful that if Congress decides to take it up, they'll appreciate that there's no reason to have to undermine a very essential law enforcement tool.
