The economy has been very favorable to andrepenors, very favorable. Low interest rates, high productivity, low unemployment. Consumer sentiment has been very high. And we've had a run up in asset prices. Ever since the two thousand eight crash, we've had very few significant pullbacks or even fears in terms of the economy over the last ten to 12 years.
