The Importance of Sleep

Lifestyle factors like light exposure and sleep can at least be made worse or better in a lot of cases with their thyroid issues going on. Getting the right amount of sunlight at the right times of day made a drastic difference in my sleep, which also seemed to be very thyroid supportive. Adrenals are vitally important for thyroid function. We see increased reverse T3 when cortisol is off.
