How Do You Rotate a Camera?

Video shows an object that appears to rotate, but other parts of the screen are also rotating. The only thing that makes any sense is that the camera itself is rotating and if the camera rotates, then all the light in the scene would rotate. Even though the camera is rotating, the horizon stays exactly level. It's mental gymnastics because something is a little difficult to convey. If you say it doesn't mean it's wrong, don'tnecessarily think its right. But this is difficult to keep saying as long as i keep saying 'the reason'
