Is There a Second Turning?

I get this feeling there's this other shoe that's going to drop, but i have no idea where it's going to come from. I think we'll probably be done with the fourth turning around 20 30. It appears that the world has gone absolutely crazy. And so i think all o these are ripe conditions for a very bad conflict.
