Do Stress Cause Psychological Harm?
There was a lengthy debate as to whether stress should be referenced as mechanism of harm or not. Some jurisdictions were very keen to be able to reference amstresss as a mechanism for harm. But then others argued that stress itself is a very tricky concept. So the end, it was thought that instead with reference the fact that these particular elements may cause psychological harm. And then also, there was a last minute adition of adding in the whether or not it may also cause physical harm. I wonder how many lawyers were involved in drafting that definition.
