How to Make Your Positioning Work for You

I thought, you know what? This is a previously solved problem. Nobody's going to read this page anyway. You just take your positioning, use whatever sales pitch structure you have, turn it into sales pitch, test it. Well, let me tell you, it turned out I was wrong about a lot of my assumptions there in having worked with over 200 companies now doing positioning work. So the big reason is that most of the failed positioning work that I see fails because the positioning does not survive the jump across the wall from marketing to sales.
