I think the thing that becomes interesting and clearly I'm a white guy, but I'm not shy or embarrassed about looking at gross statistics and numbers. At least going back in the last 50 or 60 years, even before the great society, Black crime has been not good to this day. The data shows pretty clearly as I understand it, that any area where poverty is concentrated, crime is also concentrated. There really is something to be said for what policing looks like in high poverty communities.
