Deal Reviews - Is Iterative?

Tai: I find deal reviews fascinating. How often do you do them? Who sets the agende? Can you just walk me through it? Cause i've never done them before, but we're scaling and we need to now. The thing that we are really anchoring on for us is both deal review, but also post mortem. And i thinkt we have to celebrate is probably too far vetern, but it's like we're all going o be making mistakes,. You look at average clothes rates and healthy ones being in the 30 something % range, you're not close in em all.
