Jujujitsu - I Would Die if I Had a Day Off
"I would die if i took a day off tujits," says the 40-year-old. "i realize now, if i have to miss some time from jujitsu, it's not the end of the world" He feels that people in this sport are encouraged only to prioritize jugitsu above everything else when they're young. The focus is required to achieve certain levels of success competitively.
