The Importance of Relationality in the Workplace
Ross: "The integrity that we're trying to bring with the privilege that we do have" He says it's important for people who are in positions like his team is what it means to create those conditions. But he warns against a 'saviour complex' where men think they've done everything right and can't be held accountable. Ross adds there must be an absolute deep commitment to building a democratic space to work, even though not perfect.
