Can We Pay Guys at Certain Levels Pretty Early?

Sungjay: Do you think there's random ness within a certain band for people? Can we pay guys early on in the process to win more than others? I don't, i use the word random, i ges poorly, ecause i don't know what exactly that means. There are days where everything is just clicking over an area, and other days when it seems like every f***ing shot makes sense. But if you're really good at every game, so much so that even if things aren't lining up perfectly, they make you work harder.
