Reactive Two-Way Binding

This notion of a reactive two-way binding, that's new. There were UI toolkits that did something similar stuff, but not as deeply as the current set do. Infinite scroll can also be implemented as click to load. I am bevelant towards this pattern, but it's so common. What I don't like about it is it's super hard to share it with somebody to say, okay, go to this part of the search result. Like we'll keep scrolling down. It's just like hard to share or to get back to you anyway.
