john eastman is a graduate of this esteemed university's law school. He basically tried to create legal cover for pence to do what was patently unconstitutional. If biden doesn't have two 70 on january sixth, Congress can't certify it. What happens then? It goes to the house of representatives. And because republicans have the most delegations in the house of Representatives, even though they don't have an actual majority, trump could win the presidency.
