Omar Zenholm's $100 MBA is an online class for how to run an online business. It teaches you the things that you need to know in order to get your business off the ground. He talks about effective leadership leads from both the front and behind depending on the need and situation. And one of my action items is to look at myself from what he calls the outside in perspective to see what areas that you can improve.
