You Loved Animals Before You Did Engineering?
When he was in school, David loved animals and kept a book marked tab of companies that worked with them. He cold called the support line at his current job to see if they had any jobs for him. They did not have a careers page but invited him up to intern there. The industry is very friendly to that kind ofa interaction - it tends to be small companies.
