When Nelson Mandela walked out of prison in 1990, it was just the beginning. The ANC's leaders begin to come back into South Africa in 1990. Negotiations with FWD, the apartheid government begin. Thousands of people on average 4,000 people die every year in 1991, 92, 93 in political violence. And that's when the despair really sets in and we face a crisis yet again.
