Tree Migration in the United States
The annual average temperature in maine has increased by three point two degrees fahrenheit since 18 95. The external factors that affect the health make up and movement of forests are as complex as the forests themselves. Attempting to follow the trees or trying to predict where they will go, currently means a lot of guess work and few definitive answers. But maine is none the less a useful case study for a better understanding of tree migration within the united states.
