The Role of Spike Timing in Nean Networks
Early on ornets, a minskin papet, they hit on the x as a thing that anuron couldn't do. They couldn't tell wheethe two imports were diffe. It's an exactly equivalent problem to o solve the same function. So spiking, your networks are very good at detecting agreement. And our normal nean networks need several lears to do that. If we could just get a good learning out with them, i think we would discover that they learned to make use of spike timing.
